Hello FTC Coaches, Mentors & Supporters:

I have 4 items for you today. Though I am really going over the same info as last week, please read through the email, info has been added/changed.

1. League Placement

Teams have now been assigned to leagues. To view your league assignment, click here Interleague assignments have not been made yet but should be made by the end of the month. I will notify everyone in an email blast when those assignments have been made but you can also check by clicking the link above and watching for the interleague info to populate.

League Coordinator should be contacting their teams no later than Oct 18 with event information for the November events. If you have NOT been contacted by your league coordinator by Oct 18, feel free to email me and I will be happy to connect you.

The events should be showing up on the FIRST Washington Calendar by the end of this week.

2.  FTC Build Day

We will be having a build day at the FIRST Washington Fieldhouse in Kent, WA on Sunday, October 20 from 9-3. This is an opportunity for you to bring your robot (or robot parts) tools and students to our shop to get to know and learn from some other teams in the area. It is an open house format, you can just stop in or come for the entire time, whatever works for your team.

We plan to have one of our FTA’s on site to help with programming and connection questions along with one of our Lead Robot Inspectors to assist with building/design questions.

We will also have a field on site for anyone who is wanting to get on a field.

3. FTC Scrimmage

Hello everybody! Announcing the PNW Scrimmage 2019. This event is a Pacific Northwest wide scrimmage, hosted by Team 11477 Four Eyes.

Where: FIRST Washington Warehouse, Kent

Check in Begins: 10 am

Events Begin: 11 am

Events End: 6 pm

Lunch will not be provided, however, concessions will be sold.

4. Grants & Invoices

·        iGrants: It sounds like schools should be notified about iGrants the end of this week or early next week!

·        FIRSTWA Grants & Invoices: Invoices should go out to the Purchaser and Main Contact next week. FIRSTWA grant info will show on those invoices.
