  If you are new to this email this is the place where you will find all of the Washington specific  FIRST  LEGO League Jr information. Coaches and team administrators in the  FIRST  system for the BOOMTOWN BUILD season will be added weekly. Starting this season, every email from me will be numbered. That number lets you know which update it is, if you miss an update you  can find it on our website .

Expo Registration and Team Status Updated

I will add a payment column to the status section as soon as invoices go out.

Expo Invoices

Invoices for Expo registration should have been received by teams that have attended Expo’s so far this season. For the Upcoming Expo’s, invoices should be going out soon to the teams that have filled out an Expo Registration. They will be sent to the Team Admin or the Main Coach if there is no Team Admin listed. The fee is $50.

Expo Registration

Expo registration is open now. Expo registration is first come first serve, and I will be closing registration for individual events when they fill up. To register for an Expo- https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/6b06e828626b4e9daf834c4a1b6f05d0

Once you register, you’ll receive an invoice about two weeks before to pay the event registration fee of $50.

I am looking at adding one more Expo in March or April, I will post details as soon as I have them, along with the details for the May Expo.

Team Name Changes

If your team has changed their name on their dashboard and it is not reflected on the registration list, please fill out this form so I can update it. I will update names the week before the Expo, so do not panic if the website still lists the incorrect name. No names will be changed the week of the Expo’s.

FIRST LEGO League Jumpstart

Interested in moving to FIRST LEGO League next season? Consider Jumpstart!

Teams who are looking transition for the 2020 season may register their FIRST LEGO League team now and have that registration carry over to the new season in May! You can choose from one of the past challenges to get you started. Your team will need a LEGO EV3 or LEGO SPIKE PRIME robot kit to use with these missions. Offer expires on February 21  For more information or to register .
