FIRST Washington Fees
This season the fee to participate with FIRST Washington has been reduced because we are not currently offering physical events. Instead of our $350 fee, the fee for this season will be $150 for remote events. If areas are allowed to host in person events, there may be an additional fee.
Remote Event Requirements
This season with remote events, there are some different requirements from FIRST.
- Teams will be required to have all members register online
- Teams will have to upload 3 2.5 minute robot match videos recorded in on the same day
- Teams will need to upload their 5 minute Project presentation
- Judging interviews will be done over a video conference program (zoom, etc.)
- Teams will need to upload other judging paperwork (code, team info sheet etc) before judging.
A list of all requirements for documentation and video requirements will be available at a later date.
Event Schedule
The event schedule is available online! I will be adding it to the calendar on our website soon! To see the event schedule- https://firstwa.org/first-lego-league-challenge/challenges/event-schedule/
