Charged Up Coach Email Volume 23: Make sure you are prepared for inspection!
Greetings Coaches!
If you are new to this email this is the place where you will find all of the Pacific NW District specific FIRST Robotics Competition information. Coaches in the FIRST system for the current season will be added once teams are able to register for events. Every email from me will be numbered and that number lets you know which update it is, if you miss an update you can find it on our website.
Here is what I have for you today:
- Bumper numbers, make sure yours are legal
- Make sure you have someone watching the updates so you know about any rule changes
- Volunteers needed for Oregon State Fair!
Bumper Numbers, make sure yours are legal!
Make sure know what legal bumper numbers are and that the numbers on your bumpers are legal, your life will be MUCH easier at your event if you do! We would hate for you to struggle to pass inspection because of bumper numbers are not legal.
Make sure you have someone watching the updates so you know about any rule changes
Rules often times change between (and even during) the events as a result of the Q&A. Make sure you have someone keeping up on the changes so you can be prepared for your events. Changes can be made in many areas, some examples are: Game play & robot inspection.
