The volunteers have exactly one hour to set up before 8am and we will need every minute of it.\nEvery team has a pre-assigned pit table with the team number on it.\nPlease bring extension cords\, power strips and gaffer tape. This is a typical middle school. The pits are in the Café. The power outlets are on the periphery\, so you will all have to create a grid of power cables and will need to tape them down\, so we don’t have accidents. In the spirit of Gracious Professionalism\, we would like to suggest that teams bring a few more extension cords and power strips to help out teams that forget theirs. Please label all equipment with your team number so we can find the rightful owners in case they are left behind.\n\nPractice Tables \nWe have a Practice Area where we would like to have 2 tables (this is dependent on teams volunteering to bring their equipment!). The practice area is near Pit Admin and there will be a signup sheet with time slots. Teams will be required to have coaches with them. We will have at least 2 volunteers overseeing the area\, as well. We will take the utmost care to make sure that the mission models don’t get damaged\, or acquire feet\, fins or wings. Teams that are competing on Saturday\, please consider lending your table\, mat and mission model sets for both days to reduce setup issues. The volunteers have exactly one hour to set up before 8am and we will need every minute of it.\nEvery team has a pre-assigned pit table with the team number on it.\nPlease bring extension cords\, power strips and gaffer tape. This is a typical middle school. The pits are in the Café. The power outlets are on the periphery\, so you will all have to create a grid of power cables and will need to tape them down\, so we don’t have accidents. In the spirit of Gracious Professionalism\, we would like to suggest that teams bring a few more extension cords and power strips to help out teams that forget theirs. Please label all equipment with your team number so we can find the rightful owners in case they are left behind.\n\nPractice Tables \nWe have a Practice Area where we would like to have 2 tables (this is dependent on teams volunteering to bring their equipment!). The practice area is near Pit Admin and there will be a signup sheet with time slots. Teams will be required to have coaches with them. We will have at least 2 volunteers overseeing the area\, as well. We will take the utmost care to make sure that the mission models don’t get damaged\, or acquire feet\, fins or wings. Teams that are competing on Saturday\, please consider lending your table\, mat and mission model sets for both days to reduce setup issues.
