SUMMARY:FRC REEFSCAPE Kick Off - Auburn
DESCRIPTION:Here are a few reminders to make your kickoff with us smooth and meaningful.\n\n\nBRING YOUR PRINTED ROSTER – This is an official FIRST event\, and you must submit a printed roster of your team when you check in.\nArrive after 8AM – The broadcast doesn’t start until 9AM. While we will have some entertainment and fun things to do while you wait\, you don’t have to be here before the doors open.\nConcessions available – we will have some coffee and drinks with some light morning food available for purchase through our booster club. We appreciate you coming hungry and supporting our team 🙂\nNo food or drinks in PAC besides water in a sealed container. Tables will be available to keep your stuff on during the broadcast\, and we will have pens and tape to label things that are not allowed in the theater.\nAdult mentor(s) help with Break-out Rooms. When you check in\, we will ask if you have mentors willing to lead discussions in our breakout rooms. We have sheets to help guide the discussion\, you just need to help facilitate the discussion and make sure voices are heard and it stays GP.\nFor our Break-out Sessions try and split your team members into different rooms. With your team spread out\, each person can bring something different back for your team to consider as you DIVE into your build. We think this is the best part of Kickoff! Building community\, lifting up others by sharing knowledge\, and sharing the experience of a new game as it is unveiled.

SUMMARY:FLL Challenge - Bellevue Qualifier Sunday
DESCRIPTION:Hello FLL Teams and welcome from FRC Teams Robototes 2412 (Sammamish) and Ramen Robotics 9036 (Bellevue Big Picture)\, \nIf you are getting this mail\, you are registered as a coach or assistant coach for an FLL team that is competing at the FLL Bellevue Qualifier on Sunday Dec 15th . Our teams are thrilled to be co-hosting your FLL Qualifier! \nWe are one week away from the event. Here are some quick logistics which may be particularly helpful for rookie coaches. 😊 \nMost Important \nA coach from every team needs to submit a printed copy of a filled-in roster when checking in the day of the event (all green checkmarks\, no red crosses!). Please email me if you have questions about rosters and I’ll do my best to help you. \nGeneral \n\nWhere: Highland Middle School\, 15027 Bel-Red Rd\, Bellevue\, WA 98007\nWhen: Sunday\, Dec. 15th – 8:00 am (doors open at 8 am\, not any earlier)\nEvent Venue Map and Judging Schedule are attached.\nEvent Schedule (This may change. You will get an updated schedule during the week\, if it does).\n\n\n\n\nTime \nActivity \n\n\n  8:00 AM \nTeam Check-in & Pits Open\n\n\n  8:30 AM \nCoach Meeting\n\n\n  9:00 AM \nJudging Begins (All Judging is CLOSED to the public)\n\n\n  9:00 AM \nPractice Begins (Open to the Public)\n\n\n  1:30 AM \nOpening Ceremony (Open to the Public)\n\n\n  1:45 PM \nOfficial Robot Rounds Begin (Open to the Public)\n\n\n ~4:00 PM \nRobot Game Ends\n\n\n  4:30 PM \nClosing Ceremony (Open to the Public)\n\n\n\n\n\nAbsolutely no entrance for teams before 8:00am. The volunteers have exactly one hour to set up before 8am and we will need every minute of it.\nEvery team has a pre-assigned pit table with the team number on it.\nPlease bring extension cords\, power strips and gaffer tape. This is a typical middle school. The pits are in the Café. The power outlets are on the periphery\, so you will all have to create a grid of power cables and will need to tape them down\, so we don’t have accidents. In the spirit of Gracious Professionalism\, we would like to suggest that teams bring a few more extension cords and power strips to help out teams that forget theirs. Please label all equipment with your team number so we can find the rightful owners in case they are left behind.\n\nPractice Tables \nWe have a Practice Area where we would like to have 2 tables (this is dependent on teams volunteering to bring their equipment!). The practice area is near Pit Admin and there will be a signup sheet with time slots. Teams will be required to have coaches with them. We will have at least 2 volunteers overseeing the area\, as well. We will take the utmost care to make sure that the mission models don’t get damaged\, or acquire feet\, fins or wings. Teams that are competing on Saturday\, please consider lending your table\, mat and mission model sets for both days to reduce setup issues. Please fill out the form below to help us figure out how many tables\, mats and mission model sets will be available. \nhttps://forms.office.com/r/ua5y9127pf \n\nFood \nIt’s a long day and everyone will get hungry! You have the option of bringing your own food. For your convenience\, Ramen Robotics will be running a concession stand (Coffee(!)\, Instant Noodles\, Pizza Slices\, Cookies\, Chips\, Protein Bars\, Candy\, Soda\, Water and other food/beverage items – Items are $1 – $3). Whole Costco Pizzas are also available ($20)\, please preorder at this link and your pizza will be ready for pick up at lunch at the concession stand (Note: Make sure you select the correct day for your event!). \n\nHome | Powered by Ramen Robotics Booster Club (square.site) \nAbsolutely no food or drink in the gym (the robot games will be there). \nFeel free to reach out with questions regarding the venue and we look forward to seeing you! \nGood luck and have fun\, \n\n-Laura Dooley\, Robototes 2412 Coach \n-Hillary MacDonald\, Ramen Robotics 9036 Coach \nThe FIRST LEGO League Challenge for the SUBMERGED season invites teams of students (age 9-14) to use creative thinking and LEGO® technology to explore the layers of the ocean. SUMMARY:FLL Challenge - Bellevue Qualifier Saturday
DESCRIPTION:Hello FLL Teams and welcome from FRC Teams Robototes 2412 (Sammamish) and Ramen Robotics 9036 (Bellevue Big Picture)\, \nIf you are getting this mail\, you are registered as a coach or assistant coach for an FLL team that is competing at the FLL Bellevue Qualifier on Saturday Dec 14th . \nGeneral \n\nWhere: Highland Middle School\, 15027 Bel-Red Rd\, Bellevue\, WA 98007\nWhen: Saturday\, Dec. 14th – 8:00 am (doors open at 8 am\, not any earlier)\nEvent Venue Map and Judging Schedule are attached.\nEvent Schedule (This may change. \nGood luck and have fun\, \n-Laura Dooley\, Robototes 2412 Coach \n-Hillary MacDonald\, Ramen Robotics 9036 Coach \n  \nThe FIRST LEGO League Challenge for the SUBMERGED season invites teams of students (age 9-14) to use creative thinking and LEGO® technology to explore the layers of the ocean.
