Greetings Coaches & Mentors!

If you are new to this email this is the place where you will find all of the Washington specific FIRST Tech Challenge information. Coaches in the FIRST system for the ULTIMATE GOAL season will be added weekly. Every email from me will be numbered and that number lets you know which update it is, if you miss an update you can find it on our website.

Please get in the habit of submitting your receipts and reimbursement log in a timely manner.

As we have discovered, events can take shape that cause routine and standard business practices to become ineffective.

To help get all of our accounting practices in line with our annual calendar, please submit receipts for reimbursement at the end of your season (or sooner).

Not only will you be able to get reimbursed faster, but we will be able to process your receipts much more efficiently.

We appreciate all that you do for the students and look forward in working with you again very soon.
