Greetings Coaches!

If you are new to this email this is the place where you will find all of the Washington specific FIRST Robotics Competition information. Coaches in the FIRST system for the INFINITE RECHARGE season will be added once teams are able to register for events. Every email from me will be numbered and that number lets you know which update it is, if you miss an update you can find it on our website.

2. FIRST Registration Closes on Monday, November 16
3. Invoices will be sent to teams the week of November 23rd

Second Team Session Tomorrow!

Please join your fellow students and mentors this Thursday from 6-8 pm for the second Team Session, hosted by 1425 ErrorCode Xero.  We are taking the suggestions that came from the many who attended last week’s session hosted by 2046 Bear Metal, and will have breakout rooms for a few different topics.  Student and mentors welcome, and spread the word – it’s a great way to get reconnected across all of PNW.

These sessions are sponsored by a volunteering team, who can organize the 2-hour session however they choose, and the December 10th slot is available for a team who has something to share – or is just willing to lead the discussions.  Please email Adrienne Rime at arime@firstwa.org to sign up!

FIRST registration closes Monday, November 16

FIRST registration will close Monday, November 16. You may receive an email from FIRST HQ asking you to secure your team, you can disregard that email. FIRST Washington will send you an invoice for your fees.

 

 

Invoices will go out the week of November 23rd

Invoices will go out to the Main Contact for your team the week of November 23rd, we will send a team blast to all coaches after invoices are sent. You will need to secure your registration with payment or a PO by Monday, December 7th so that we can have FIRST release your kickoff kit and ship it to you.

We are excited for this season and the opportunities it will bring to our teams. COVID has created new challenges for everyone but I believe our FIRST students will rise above those challenges.
