Why does inclusion matter to you?
I value diversity and inclusion because oftentimes, people are discriminated against because of reasons out of their control, and this is prevalent in STEM especially. There should be inclusion for people of all races and all different types of people, and this should be welcomed in our FIRST teams.
Meet the students of Hanford High School Robotics!
Thanks to the Hanford High School Robotics teams 8099, 17103, and 20093 for letting us stop in for a team meeting!
These FTC teams had a great season of building, competing, and mentoring other FTC and FLL teams.
These students are community focused and are looking forward to supporting new teams in their area!

Partnership Spotlight: Bezos
We are delighted to feature the Bezos Family Foundation in this month’s donor spotlight. The Bezos Family Foundation has been supporting FIRST Washington for over a decade, which has allowed us to scale and grow our best-in class STEM after school program across Washington State. With one of our strategic initiatives focusing on Central and Eastern Washington, the Bezos Family Foundation’s vision of creating a world in which all young people reach their full potential and meaningfully contribute to society is becoming a reality.
WE’VE MOVED!
We are so excited to announce that FIRST Washington has a new warehouse in Kent.
