Greetings Coaches!

If you are new to this email this is the place where you will find all of the Washington specific FIRST Robotics Competition information. Coaches in the FIRST system for the RAPID REACT season will be added once teams are able to register for events. Every email from me will be numbered and that number lets you know which update it is, if you miss an update you can find it on our website.

Here is what I have for you today:

Because of the shortened amount of time for inspection this year and based on the level of interest from teams, we will be offering an inspection zoom meeting to help prepare teams for the inspection process. Please feel free to forward the zoom link below to anyone you believe would be interested in attending the meeting.

The Inspection meeting will be on March 1 at 7:00 PM

I know the Governors of both Washington & Oregon spoke yesterday about COVID guidelines. Because of that, I wanted to give you all a quick update. We will be debriefing after events each week to determine if we want to make changes to our policy, but at this time we have no plans to make any changes to our week 1 or week 2 events.

We will continue to update coaches if we make changes to our policy. Right now our greatest focus is getting our trucks packed and getting ready for our week 1 events.
