If you are new to this email this is the place where you will find all of the Washington specific FIRST Robotics Competition information. Coaches in the FIRST system for the RAPID REACT season will be added once teams are able to register for events. Every email from me will be numbered and that number lets you know which update it is, if you miss an update you can find it on our website.

We will be having a District Championship briefing next Tuesday, March 22nd at 7:00 pm. If you believe you may be attending District Championships, please have at least 1 adult attend.

3.22.22: FIRST Washington will no longer require proof of vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 test, or require that masks be worn to attend FIRST Washington events. We continue to recommend that all event attendees wear masks and respect social distancing. All event attendees should be aware that participating in this event or any large gathering poses an increased risk of COVID-19 exposure and spread.

As stated in the team blast on 3-14, we are no longer requiring proof of vaccination/negative COVID test at the door so we will not need COVID check volunteers.

We will continue to limit numbers in the pits so Participants and volunteers will be wrist banded and spectators will need to use the spectator passes to access the pits(each team will receive 5 passes at their first event. Do not lose them, we do not have enough passes to replace them!)
