The FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) program is designed for students in grades 7-12 (ages 12-18). During the INTO THE DEEP season presented by RTX, FIRST Tech Challenge teams will dive their robots into the depths of the ocean to explore the unknown and reveal its wonders.

League competition consists of multiple rounds of robot matches, with teams scoring points based on their robot’s performance in the challenge.

Teams will compete in –

  1. League Meet 1
  2. League Met 2

  4. Semifinal
  5. Washington State Championship

League events require these volunteer roles: Head Referee (1), Scoring Referees (2), Penalty Referees (2), Lead Scorekeeper (1), FTA (1), Field Resetter (2). There is no Judging component to League events. Judging begins at our Interleague competitions and continues through State Champs.
