- Concessions/Food: Concessions will be open, but exact dates/times are still being confirmed. Please reference slide #31 in the Site Specific Powerpoint for food details. Remember, this is an active PUBLIC VENUE. You CANNOT leave tables up overnight in the hallways. Anything left outside your pit over night WILL BE THROWN AWAY. Food, cutlery, even tables. We are not kidding! 🙂
- DO NOT PLUG IN CROCKPOTS/INSTAPOTS/ANY FOOD WARMING DEVICES.
- Grilling is allowed, but only propane grills and you MUST be located in the grass area around building or courtyard between pavilion and gyms. You CANNOT grill in the parking lots for safety reasons. All teams are required to follow proper safe food handling processes to avoid food Bourne illness.
- Quiet Room: We will not have a Quiet Room at this event.
