  • Concessions/Food: Light snacks, beverages and coffee will be sold on site, participants will be allowed to bring in food if you’re wearing a team t-shirt. Teams will NOT be allowed to set tables up inside the venue for meals. Leave your tables in the car to set up outside during lunch.  There is a large covered area outside and if the weather is nice. I recommend you simplify your lunch options for your students if you plan to bring your food inside the venue. Go old school and have them brown bag it! Anything left out over night WILL BE THROWN AWAY. Food, cutlery, even tables. We are not kidding! 🙂
  • Quiet Room Sign Up: Sign up for a shift to help host the quiet room. 2 adults are required for the room to be open. If we do not have two adults monitoring the room, it will be closed.

Parking

There are a few different parking garages around the venue, but the closest are the West Parking Garage or the Garden Garage. It does cost to park in either garage, so make sure to read specific garage rules regarding coming and going, or ask the garage attendant before leaving.

Event Accommodations ↓

In the PNW we work very hard to accommodate the needs of our students and Mentors.  We can’t always accommodate everythign but we work hard to come up with the best solution possible so every participant can have a great experience. 

To do this, we need your help.  We can’t accommodate things we don’t know about AND it is very difficult for us to make plans for accommodations once our FRC event season has started.  To help ensure a great experience for everyone, we have come up with a form that teams can fill it ouf they have participants that need specific accommodations.  Please fill submit this form to let us know about any accommodations you team may need. 

We cannot promise every accomodation will be made, but we will try our best. We appreciate your understanding!
